Let us tell you a bit about the opportunity
We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our Risk team in this exciting new role, reporting directly to the Seniorernance & Controls Manager.
You'll play a pivotal part in strengthening our 2nd line risk management,ernance, and control framework - providing oversight, analysis, and strategic coordination across the Group. From designing and documenting controls to producing insightful analytics and monitoring our risk appetite, you'll help ensure ourernance standards are not only met but exceeded.

What will your day look like?
You'll help shape and strengthen our 2nd line risk management,ernance, and control framework - bringing analytical insight, robust oversight, and effective coordination to our Group risk activities.
Key responsibilities:
1. Support the design, documentation, and testing ofernance and control processes.
2. Conduct oversight and analysis of 2nd line risk management activities.
3. Produce high-quality analytics to inform decision-making.
4. Coordinate and monitor Group risk profiles, appetite, and changes.
5. Provide holistic oversight ofernance and control approaches.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance risk management practices.
What do we expect from you?
You'll bring a strong analytical background, a deep understanding of controls, and broad exposure to risk management fundamentals in financial services. Adaptable and self-driven, you can balancepeting priorities in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and apply critical thinking to solve problems and make balanced assessments.
7. Background in risk management within financial services.
8. Expertise in control design, operation, and testing methodologies.
9. Proficient with GRC tools (Riskonnect preferred).
10. Skilled in SAS or other programming languages, with strong data analytics capability.
11. Excellentmunicator, able to translate technical insights into business terms.
12. Strong stakeholder engagement skills with high attention to detail under pressure.
