What will I do?
You will be that ‘warm welcome’ and ‘final farewell’ and everything in between during the guests stay at the hotel. Turning moments into memories and ensure they experience the highest level of guest experience!
Is this the role for me?
Previous experience within a similar role or guest facing
position
Experience working in a 4* or above hotel environment
Extremely passionate about a guest journey
Outstanding customer service skills
