Role Overview
We provide a range of care and support services for our older residents, many of whom have dementia. Our primary goal is to find people whose values, behaviours and attitudes match ours above all else.
You must hold a valid NMC PIN and have care home experience.

Qualifications and Experience
* Registered Nurse with valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
* Knowledge and experience of working at a supervisory level, providing evidence of leadership qualities.
* Evidence of high level commitment to professional development, training and education.
* Experience of assessing risk and care planning, mentoring and supporting care staff.
* Ability to provide quality care with a high standard of interpersonal skills, communication and good leadership qualities including delegation and coordination of teams within the homes.
* Ability to organise, make clinical and professional decisions, evidencing knowledge of Nursing and Midwifery Council guidelines, with strong organisational, team‑working and time‑management skills, and the ability to work independently.
* Adaptability to change, basic computer literacy, basic first aid knowledge and health and safety awareness.
