Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Bendi (Flexi) Forklift Driver to join a busy warehouse operation based in Redditch. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering a great pathway to a permanent role for the right candidate.
The successful applicant will be responsible for operating a Bendi/Flexi forklift truck to move, locate, load, and stack products within a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will play a key role in ensuring stock is handled safely and efficiently while supporting the wider warehouse team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operating a Bendi/Flexi forklift truck safely and efficiently
* Moving and storing stock within narrow aisle racking systems
* Loading and unloading deliveries
* Picking and replenishing stock when required
* Performing daily equipment checks and reporting faults
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
* Supporting general warehouse duties when needed
Requirements:
* Valid Bendi/Flexi Forklift licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent)
* Previous experience operating a Bendi/Flexi truck in a warehouse setting
* Good attention to detail and awareness of health and safety
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
