We’re hiring a commercially driven E-commerce Manager to take full responsibility for digital revenue across Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop. The role sits with driving performance across acquisition, conversion, and retention while delivering a best-in-class online experience.
In this role, you’ll own trading and revenue targets, working cross-functionally to execute campaigns, product launches, and promotions. You’ll lead end-to-end website optimisation and redesign projects, improving UX, site speed, and conversion across key journeys, while managing Klaviyo CRM to drive retention and LTV. You’ll also support paid media performance across Meta, Google, and TikTok, ensuring efficient funnel conversion, running A/B tests, and using data to continuously optimise performance.
To be successful, you’ll have strong hands-on experience across Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop, with a proven track record of growing ecommerce revenue. Experience with Klaviyo, CRO, and website optimisation is essential, alongside a strong commercial mindset and ability to analyse performance data.
