Projects Controls Lead - Personal Healthcare - County Waterford - 12 months initial contract - €65-80/hr
We’re partnering with a global leader in consumer health, to recruit an experienced Projects Control Lead for their Irish operations on a long term 12 months' rolling contract.
This pivotal role will oversee the financial governance and control of a significant portfolio — approximately £14–17M in CapEx and £3M in OpEx — supporting the clients' ambitious investment and growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end financial control and reporting of CapEx and OpEx projects
*
Partner with the Site CapEx Lead to support strategic decisions
*
Manage budget tracking, forecasting, and compliance (including SOX)
*
Oversee capitalization, asset tracking, and monthly/quarterly reporting
*
Drive continuous improvement in governance and reporting tools
Ideal Profile:
*
Degree-qualified with a background in Engineering
*
Minimum 5 years’ experience in CAPEX management or project controls within GMP or highly regulated environments
*
Strong financial acumen, analytical mindset, and attention to detail
*
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
*
Advanced Excel and data management capabilities
