Role Overview
Senior front‑line leadership role. You'll own an established North region with Brand Ambassadors, an Event Coordinator, and Recruiters. You will elevate and develop the team, set standards, drive performance, and take the region to the next level.
Responsibilities
* Own sales performance across the North – revenue, targets, and growth
* Lead, motivate, and develop Brand Ambassadors, Event Coordinators, and Recruiters
* Coach people to hit and exceed their targets, hands‑on, not just in one‑to‑ones
* Plan and manage sales activations and events across the region
* Use data to drive decisions – track KPIs, identify gaps, and optimise results
* Work closely with senior leadership to shape regional strategy and national expansion
Qualifications
* Proven experience leading and growing a sales team, and history of being a top performer
* Comfortable managing a mixed team – field sales, coordinators, and recruiters
* Strong on the numbers – KPIs, conversion, pipeline
* A track record of developing people – not just hitting targets yourself
* High energy and hard to ignore – your team want to follow you
* (Nice to have) Experience in a start‑up or scale‑up environment
