The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and highly organised Operations Assistant to support the smooth running of our business. This is a varied, hands-on role that supports all areas of operations, making it ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, variety, and being right at the centre of a busy office.
You’ll work closely with our clinical team, consultants, and wider support functions to ensure everything runs efficiently and that both candidates and internal teams are well supported.
Key Responsibilities
The role will involve supporting across multiple areas of the business, including:
Candidate Care
* Supporting clinicians throughout the recruitment and onboarding process
* Managing documentation, compliance, and candidate records
* Acting as a professional and approachable point of contact
Clinical Team & Operations Support
* Coordinating closely with the clinical team to support placements
* Maintaining accurate systems and operational processes
* Supporting scheduling, compliance, and general operations
Sales Team Support
* Providing operational and administrative support to consultants
* Assisting with documentation, contracts, and reports
* Helping ensure recruitment processes move efficiently
Finance Support
* Assisting with timesheets, invoicing, and basic finance administration
* Liaising internally to resolve queries
HR & Office Management (as needed)
* Supporting HR administration and onboarding
* Helping manage office organisation and day-to-day administration
* Playing an active role in maintaining a positive office environment
