Your Role
As an AI Regulation & Governance Consultant, you will lead our trusted AI initiatives, leveraging your background in data, AI, regulation, and compliance. You will develop and implement AI frameworks emphasizing safety, transparency, fairness, robustness, and ethics, providing strategic guidance, stakeholder collaboration, and establishing best practices for AI governance.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing frameworks and business processes for ethical AI governance.
* Establishing governance throughout the AI development lifecycle.
* Developing technical assurance methods for compliance with regulations like GDPR, AI Act, etc.
* Engaging with stakeholders including government agencies and industry groups.
* Representing the company in AI ethics discussions.
* Contributing to AI regulation and governance assets and propositions.
* Upskilling internal teams on AI regulation advancements.
Additionally, you will have opportunities to contribute to:
* Business development activities such as proposals and client pitches.
* Internal initiatives like think-tanks, whitepapers, and practice development.
* Learning & development through training and certifications.
We seek candidates with consulting experience in sectors such as Transport, Energy, Utilities, Government, Defence, Consumer Products & Retail, Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Financial Services.
Your Profile
* Experience in major consulting firms or industry with a consulting background.
* Proven proposition building and delivery skills.
* Leadership experience in AI regulation and governance.
* Expertise in strategy, data/AI governance, and machine learning.
* Ability to provide strategic guidance to senior leaders.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Commitment to continuous learning and AI governance advancements.
All applicants must be willing and eligible to obtain UK security clearance at SC level.
