Overview: Our Service and Maintenance Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Service and Maintenance department at our Hamilton Office. Are you looking for your next Service and Maintenance Administrator role? With the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, you, as our Service and Maintenance Administrator will have excellent organisational and communication skills to support our Service and Maintenance team. Together, we can redefine what’s possible for the future of the Fire Protection Industry. What You’ll Be Doing: Efficiently organize and plan the daily duties of the regional service and sub-contract engineers. Generate client renewals and update the required operatives with key information when necessary. Be the point of contact with the regional customers to answer any site related issues and assign to the relevant individual for action. Produce generic remedial quotations and update clients with key issues generated from visits. Liaise closely with the Worcester Team to maintain cost-saving practices. Develop, retain and maintain our regional Service Sales client database. Conduct research and investigations to expand our client base. What You’ll Need: Proven Experience in a Sales or Administration Role. Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Exceptional Attention to Detail. Strong Organisational Skills. Effective Communication Skills. This role that would require the successful Service and Maintenance Administrator to be within commuting distance to our Hamilton Office, Cadzow House, Cadzow Industrial Estate, Hamilton, ML3 7QU.
