Job Description
As a Service Administrator, you'll be responsible for:
3. Processing spare parts orders and generating quotations using SAP
4. Handling customer and engineer enquiries via phone and email
5. Managing invoice queries and uploading documents to customer portals
6. Producing daily and weekly reports to support service performance
7. Supporting key account invoicing and asset list management
The Successful Applicant
You'll have:
8. Proven customer service experience and strong communication skills
9. Confidence using SAP, CRM systems, and Microsoft Excel
