The role is based in Ballyclare, with working hours from Monday to Friday (flexibility available). Both full-time and part-time positions are available due to company growth.

The successful candidate will work within Conveyancing.
Position Details

Responsibilities
* Typing and audio typing of letters, faxes, memos, emails, and documents
* Preparing briefs and documents, filing statutory returns
* Handling telephone calls and messages on behalf of solicitors
* Managing emails, appointments, and maintaining records
* Filing, faxing, photocopying, and supporting the team as needed
Ideal Candidate
* At least 1 year of experience as a Legal Secretary (essential)
* Experience in Conveyancing (preferred)
* Effective time management and diary management skills
* Good communication and telephone manner
