Job Description / Skills:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Admin Assistant to join our team. Key responsibilities include:
1. Purchasing, raising orders with suppliers, and order tracking
2. Booking packages with couriers as instructed by the Logistics Department
3. Raising customs invoices for dispatch
4. Liaising with couriers regarding customs issues
5. Raising and preparing earpiece orders
6. Managing company pool cars and vehicles, ensuring relevant checks are completed
7. Ensuring building facilities such as alarms, CCTV, fire extinguishers, and lifts are serviced when required
8. Answering phones and providing general admin support
9. Covering for staff during absences
10. Filing and other administrative tasks
11. Performing occasional tasks as instructed by management
Ideal candidates will be highly accurate, hardworking, well-organized, process-driven, and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is essential.
