Job Advert: Temporary Reception Cover - April (Newbury)
We are looking for a reliable and professional Receptionist to provide temporary front‑of‑house cover at our Newbury office across 1week in April.
Dates: Tuesday 7th - Friday 10th April
Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Key Reception Duties
Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional manner
Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries
Monitoring the reception inbox and handling basic admin
Keeping the reception area clean, organised, and welcoming
Supporting general office tasks as required
Ideal Candidate
Previous reception or customer‑facing experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organised, dependable, and confident multitasking
