As a Retail Sales Colleague, no prior tech knowledge is required. All new colleagues attend a two to three-day induction, either virtually or at our academy in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham. During this training, you’ll develop skills to sell, serve, and support our customers effectively. From supplier training and product demos to testing the latest devices, we equip you with the confidence to provide top-notch recommendations.
Our Sales Colleagues work flexibly across our opening hours, which typically include weekends. Our stores are open 7 days a week, generally from 9 am to 8 pm, with local variations.
Role overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Asking the right questions to match customers with products.
* Making every customer interaction memorable.
* Offering support services like delivery, installation, recycling, and payment options.
* Contributing to the store’s overall sales performance.
* Working across different departments and product ranges.
* Supporting store operations by completing various tasks.
