We’re looking for an ambitious and commercially driven media sales specialist to join the team behind European Pharmaceutical Manufacturer (EPM) – one of Europe’s leading B2B publishing and digital media brands serving the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
In this pivotal role, you will lead the growth of our digital advertising, content marketing, brand awareness, and lead-generation revenues, building on EPM’s respected editorial reputation and deep industry reach. You’ll work with clients across the global life sciences supply chain—connecting innovation-driven businesses with our powerful multimedia audience.

Your Role
As Portfolio Sales Manager, you will:
* Take responsibility for achieving and growing digital and print revenue targets across the EPM portfolio.
* Sell integrated marketing solutions across print, digital display, sponsored content, gated assets, e-blasts, and webinars.
* Develop and maintain long-term client relationships with key industry players and marketing decision-makers.
* Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to create and deliver cross-channel media campaigns that meet client objectives—from awareness to lead generation.
* Prospect new business opportunities across pharma, contract manufacturing, and related life science sectors.
* Provide consultative advice to clients on how to maximise impact across our portfolio of products and platforms.
* Represent EPM at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings in the UK and occasionally overseas.
What You’ll Need
* Proven B2B media or advertising sales experience, ideally within publishing, science, manufacturing, or healthcare sectors.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing solutions, including display, native, email, gated content, and webinars.
* A track record of exceeding targets through consultative, relationship-based selling.
* Strategic thinker with excellent commercial awareness and creative problem-solving skills.
* Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
* Proficiency with CRM systems, analytics dashboards, and modern media planning tools.
