ISE Partners are searching for a degree educated, sophisticated Private PA to support an UHNW Founder, based in Dubai.
This is a high expectations, all encompassing EA role managing the personal elements of this individual's life. You will be entirely responsible for lifestyle management and projects for the individual and family. This role is based in Dubai.
You will enjoy operating in a demanding private PA role, embracing a challenge and take pride in delivering results, while also being able to fulfil the more straightforward daily tasks.
Duties include: international diary management, maintaining schedules, booking personal appointments, arranging luxury family travel/holidays (private aviation), carrying out all relevant research. You will be responsible managing the various residences across the globe, staff liaison, assisting with refurbishments and purchasing items. You will arrange lunches, dinners and events, with excellent contacts and links to arrange bookings. You will carry out research as requested, and be available to purchase items, run errands, and manage the requirements day to day.
You should be available 24/7 evenings and weekends, to support in a full capacity and may at times require international travel.
Experience required: please review before applying:
* Salary circa 35-40,000 Dirhams per motnh
* Experience of supporting an UHNW individual as a Private PA is essential, applications without private PA experience will not be considered
* You must also have experience of working in a corporate setting in within Investment or Financial Services
* Excellent academics - this is non negotiable
* Polished presentation and communication skills, able to naturally function with VIP, UHNWIs and their liaison points.
* You should have a calm demeanour, be extremely well organised, intuitive, proactive and bring a positive, upbeat personality.
