Our client is seeking to add a Senior Account Manager to a newly created position which is predominantly client-facing. The individual will take responsibility for ensuring client requirements are clearly understood, accurately scoped, effectively scheduled, and delivered on time. They will coordinate with the internal team and will be managing multiple accounts simultaneously. Our client is looking for someone who is: * Confident, warm, and highly personable * Proactive, decisive, and comfortable delegating * Extremely organised and practical in their approach * Experienced in agency environments (preferred) * Familiar with print production processes (preferred) * Capable of guiding clients toward strategic, well-considered solutions rather than operating reactively Travel will be part of the role, we strongly value and encourage face-to-face relationship building, with clients, internal colleagues and external suppliers.
