After establishing a successful food reputation at The East Hill, he is seeking a top chef to help replicate this success at The Queen Adelaide.

What we look for in a Head Chef:
This role requires someone who can inspire and lead a team by example, develop, cost, and produce fresh seasonal menus for various revenue streams within the business.
* Experience championing excellent service through quality food, either as a Head Chef or Sous Chef
* Passion for leading and developing a team
* Hands-on team player with excellent communication skills
* Responsible for managing kitchen staff rota, training, and health and safety procedures
* Creativity and ability to design new dishes and specials
* Strong planning and organizational skills to maintain control over GP and labour
* Proactive in driving sales and growth through engagement with kitchen and front-of-house teams
