Valu-Trac (VT) was established in 1985. It provides accounting and administrative services to the UK fund industry for over 120 funds and has assets under administration of over £19 billion as at October 2025.
The Publications team has responsibility for the maintenance and production of Investor documentation which goes onto the Valu-Trac website and Investment Managers/Sponsors. The team is also responsible for the website itself, which feeds into the management of internal documents.
The Role
The Digital Publications Analyst will report to the Publications Team Leader as part of the Publications team. The role involves assisting the Publications Team Leader in the production and maintenance of Investor documentation and the Valu-Trac website.
Responsibilities
* Preparation and completion of complex calculations for Investor documents
* Oversight and assistance in the preparation and publishing of monthly Factsheets
* Review and publish updated documents on the Valu-Trac website
* Assist with the completion of large documentation tasks within the ACD function
* Review and sign‑off of data and information on publicly shared documents prior to distribution
* Oversight and support of the calculation and sourcing of asset costs and data
* Support the drafting and maintenance of procedures relating to the Publications team across the wider Investor Disclosure team
* Ensure information in public‑facing literature is precise, clear and accurate
* Ensure the implementation of consumer duty guidelines
* Escalate issues to the Publications Team Leader
* Support the preparation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Management Information (MI) for the Investor Disclosure team
* Support projects and strategic enhancements for the Investor Disclosure team and ACD function
* Ensure all investor documentation is up to date as per the prospectus
* Collate data from various sources/teams to be used within documentation
* Support in the development of the company brand, guidelines and documentation
* Preparation and completion of KIIDs (Key Investor Information Documents) data and documentation
* Support the TCFD team in the yearly completion of reports
* Provide requested data to Investment Managers/Sponsors
* Ensure Investment Managers/Sponsors are informed and provided with current documentation for their funds
* Look to continually improve quality and efficiency within the Publications team and wider Investor Disclosure team
Key Skills/Attributes
* Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and all included software
* Knowledge of the Adobe Suite (InDesign, Acrobat & Photoshop)
