Overview
Fixed term position available in our busy admin department for an assistant/receptionist which will run until the end of February 2026.
The role is client facing and as such we would be looking for somebody who is polite, helpful and professional.
Responsibilities
* Deal with visitors and callers in a polite, helpful and professional manner.
* Track and scan documents.
* Deal with the post and submitting returns.
* Assist with the paperwork for the engagement and disengagement of clients.
* Help with other admin tasks as required.
Requirements / What we’re looking for
Training will be provided in house for this role, though experience in this type of role would be beneficial.
Working pattern and benefits
Friendly working environment with a good work/life balance. Based at our office in Newport on the Isle of Wight. Flexitime based around a 36 ¼ hour working week, subject to there being sufficient cover on reception. Core hours are 8.45 am to 5.00 pm with 1 hour for lunch, Monday to Friday. Holidays are pro-rata to 29 days which includes bank holidays and 4 days over the Christmas period when the office is closed.
