What Will You Be Doing
* Ensure finance are business ready as clients migrate or new requirements are deployed in relation to the Stratus platform, reconciliations are fully automated and scalable.
* Create detailed system change documentation for configuration and testing plans across all impacted systems.
* Manage UAT & Live testing for business changes (Document & provide regular business updates).
* Where business changes impact the team engage with change owners to ensure finance operations requirements are fully scoped and subsequently delivered.
* Impact assessment of business and finance strategic change requests for finance operations.
* Manage General Ledger mapping table changes & transaction code management.
* Consider the risks and suggest controls which support the Finance Control Framework where changes or process improvements are made.
* Support Finance Operations Team with Supplier management & Invoice review.
* MasterCard Mandates review & governance.
* Support the Finance Operations team in the delivery of Data Governance requirements (LAN Access Review/Information Asset/Risk & Control/ROPA(Record of Processing Activity/EUD(End User Developed Application)/Business Terms).
* Support resolution of Live Incidents.
* Support Senior Finance Operations Manager and Head of Finance Operations as the need arises.
Essential

* 3+ years experience in an Operational Finance environment.
* Ability to simplify complex issues and prepare resolution plans.
* Ability to develop cross function relationships.
* Ability to influence non Finance colleagues.
* Strong numeric skills and the ability to process and interpret large volumes of data.
* Professional, ensure deadlines are always met with accurate submissions.
* Strong communication skills.
* Presentation Skills.
* Excel proficient
DESIRABLE
* Knowledge of SUN General Ledger & ReconNet.
* Knowledge of FiServ & Stratus modules.
* Knowledge of clearing bank processes, including Direct Debits, Debit Card & Cheque clearing.
* Knowledge of NewDay Banking Partner Platforms.
* Knowledge of Bank & Cash book reconciliations.
* Powerpoint proficient.
