The Directorate would equally welcome applications from existing and newly trained Consultants, all sub-specialisms are welcomed. Applications who do not have CCT, but are working towards CESR are welcomed to apply and will be offered a Locum Consultant Radiologist post if successful.This post has arisen through an investment in the Radiology department to meet the ever growing demand for diagnostic imaging. Successful applicants will complement a team of existing interventional and diagnostic Consultant Radiologists. This is an opportunity to join an organisation in which clinicians are at the forefront of clinical leadership and management. Consultant Radiologists will be required to work across site on a rotational basis at West Cumberland Hospital in Whitehaven (WCH), this is currently 1:7 weekdays. On-Call workload is managed at Cumberland Infirmary site, reporting for both Cumberland Infirmary and West Cumberland Hospital sites.There is provision for remote access to Trust IT systems and working from home may be possible with agreement from the Clinical Director.
