Quantity Surveyor - Residential Developer Sittingbourne Up to £60,000 Package Hill McGlynn is proud to be partnering with a well-established residential developer in their search for a talented Quantity Surveyor to join their team, based out of their Sittingbourne office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially astute QS to join a growing developer delivering high-quality residential schemes. You'll play a key role in managing project costs and ensuring developments are delivered efficiently and within budget. The Role As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial management of residential developments from pre-construction through to final account. You will work closely with internal teams and subcontractors to maintain financial control across multiple projects.
