🌟 About the Role As a Supply Teacher in Redditch middle schools (ages 9–13), you’ll deliver engaging lessons across a range of subjects, maintaining continuity in learning while creating a positive and focused classroom environment.

✅ What We’re Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS or equivalent)
Experience teaching Key Stage 2, 3, or middle school age range
Confident classroom management and adaptability
A positive, proactive approach to teaching
