Position Summary Were seeking a Night Supervisor who brings leadership, attention to detail, and a dedication to delivering exceptional service during the quiet hours. Youll ensure the property operates seamlessly overnight, providing peace of mind for guests and preparing the hotel for a brilliant morning. What Youll Do Oversee night operations ensuring safety, security, and smooth guest experiences. Lead, support, and motivate the night team to maintain high service standards. Resolve guest queries or issues promptly and professionally. Manage administrative and operational duties for the night shift. Act as the on-site point of contact for emergencies and operational needs. Candidate Profile Education & Experience: Experienced in hotel night operations or as a night shift supervisor/leader. A proactive problem-solver with strong leadership skills. Comfortable managing teams and guest issues overnight. Calm under pressure and adaptable to dynamic situations.
