Salary: £50,000 - 50,000 per year Requirements: We are looking for an experienced ICT professional with a strong background in technical team leadership, ideally within an MSP environment, although in-house helpdesk management experience is also suitable. We need strong up-to-date technical knowledge in Microsoft 365, networking, infrastructure, virtualisation, SharePoint, Azure, backup solutions, and security firewalls. We are looking for someone with proven experience managing technical teams, including Team Leaders and engineers. We need excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to earn respect from technical peers. We require a positive, can-do attitude and a supportive leadership style. We need experience working with CRMs and IT documentation systems. We are looking for someone with commercial awareness, including cost analysis and budget preparation. A full UK driving licence is required. Responsibilities: We lead and inspire a team of IT professionals, creating a collaborative and supportive culture. We mentor Team Leaders to manage day-to-day operations effectively and provide constructive feedback and coaching. We develop and implement structured training programmes to support continuous professional development. We work closely with business partners to deliver exceptional service and strategic technical guidance. We act as a trusted technical sounding board for the team, ensuring the right resources, tools, and talent are in place. We establish and track KPIs and performance metrics to monitor team success. We present data-driven insights and performance updates to director and executive management teams. We stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies and recommend service improvements. We support a partner-centric approach to service delivery and customer satisfaction.
