The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate: - Experience delivering successful sustainability initiatives in complex organisations, with a passion for sustainability and competence across topics.- A detailed, up-to-date understanding of associated legislation and policy, including NHS-specific policy requirements, sector trends and the landscape for associated funding applications.- Skills in engaging, enabling and supporting behaviour change, working across teams to develop sustainable networks that lead to measurable impact.- The tenacity to balance a wide range of projects, and support project teams in delivering positive sustainability actions that can be accurately measured, reported and replicated at scale.
