Supported Accommodation Service Manager Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 Our client is looking for an experienced and driven Supported Accommodation Service Manager to lead the setup and ongoing development of a high-quality supported accommodation service. This is a key leadership opportunity for a motivated professional who can ensure the service is fully compliant, operationally effective, and delivers outstanding, person-centred support to residents. The ideal candidate will be a confident and proactive manager, who can take ownership of establishing and growing a supported accommodation provision. The role combines operational leadership, compliance, and business development, with a strong focus on building relationships to drive referrals and occupancy. What We’re Looking For Previous managerial experience within Supported Accommodation, Supported Living, or Residential Care Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (desirable) Strong knowledge of service setup, compliance, and policy implementation Experience working with local authorities and referral pathways Understanding of safeguarding, risk management, and care regulations Proven leadership and service management experience Ability to work independently and build services from the ground up Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Full UK driving licence (preferred) Key Responsibilities Lead the setup and development of the supported accommodation service Develop and implement policies, procedures, and operational frameworks in line with legislation and best practice Ensure the service operates in a safe, compliant, and person-centred manner Oversee all aspects of care and support delivery Manage safeguarding processes and ensure high standards of resident welfare Build strong relationships with local authorities, councils, and commissioning teams to secure referrals and placements Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards Support recruitment, onboarding, and management of staff Monitor occupancy levels and contribute to service growth Maintain accurate records, reporting systems, and documentation Work closely with senior leadership to drive performance and continuous improvement Reference: WILL234017/MW
