Overview

We’re looking for a motivated, ambitious and creative Senior Business Development Manager in Ireland to join our Growth Team based in Skerries and in the UK.

You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline, with a primary focus on creating and prioritizing strategic target account lists within a defined territory. Research & build new and existing accounts, conduct market research, and build relationships with potential clients to create a portfolio across the UK and increase knowledge of Alkimii in the hospitality sector.


What you will be doing

* Gaining full understanding of Alkimii and how it increases efficiency for our customers
* Active prospecting to build your own pipeline. Contacting potential customers through LinkedIn, Perlon AI, cold calls and email campaigns in collaboration with our Marketing Department
* Arrange discovery calls with potential customers to better understand their business and if there is a business fit
* Maintaining sales reports, developing market and competitor knowledge, delivering presentations to customers, and creating sales proposals
* Identifying their needs through effective consultation and suggesting appropriate products
* Conducting demos with potential customers
* Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market
* Providing reports and presentations to the senior team on your activity and results
* Working towards and achieving agreed targets on a monthly basis
* Reaching out to existing customers to upsell additional applications and new features
* Maintaining a sales pipeline through effective use of HubSpot
* Keeping HubSpot up to date with existing and new customer information
* Preparing quotes for customers once demos have been completed and setting up direct debits
* Uncovering new business prospects and driving growth on an ever-expanding scale-up with your ideas and business development experience

* Eagerness to learn and develop sales skills


Nice to have

* Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach
* Experience working with a CRM, preferably HubSpot
* Experience in SaaS and hospitality
* Experience in the UK Market
