Key Responsibilities
* Lead coordination across multi-disciplinary engineering teams

* Support readiness reviews for design packages pre-construction
* Collaborate with design, contractor, and construction teams

Qualifications & Requirements
* Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or similar)
* Experience in large-scale, multi-disciplinary engineering projects
* Background in nuclear or highly regulated industries preferred
* Knowledge of contract management, ONR and CDM regulations
* Strong organisational and record-keeping skills
* Ability to identify and implement procedural improvements
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
* Practical, solutions-focused approach to problem solving
