At TLC – Thames Luxury Charters, we own and operate a stunning fleet of luxury party boats on the River Thames, hosting unforgettable private and corporate events, for 2-600 guests. Our bespoke packages, five-star interiors, and exceptional service makes us the go-to choice for high-end celebrations. From elegant finger food to exquisite five-course banquets, our team aims to deliver excellence aboard our riverboats.
The Role: Sales & Events Executive
This is a full-time, on-site position based in London. You’ll be the driving force behind our events, managing everything from initial inquiries to flawless execution. Your responsibilities will include:
* Converting leads into successful bookings
* Coordinating event logistics and liaising with clients
* Delivering exceptional customer service
* Collaborating with the catering and operations teams to ensure seamless experiences

What We’re Looking for
* Strong sales and customer service skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Experience with event management software and CRM systems
* Previous experience in events or hospitality is a plus
* Proactive, customer-focused attitude
* Flexibility for evenings and weekends
* Ability to work on-site in London
* Degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Marketing or another related filed
Salary Expectation: £30,000-£35,000 (depending on experience)
