Conveyancing Legal Secretary

We’re working with a long-established, multi-service law firm in South Ayrshire looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to support their property department.
The Role:
1. Providing full secretarial support to solicitors handling residential conveyancing matters
2. Preparing and managing legal documentation, including missives, title deeds and dispositions
3. Communicating with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties
4. Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate case records
5. Ensuring deadlines are met and transactions progress efficiently
What You’ll Need:
6. Prior experience in a conveyancing support or legal secretary role
7. Fast and accurate typing with strong attention to detail
8. Excellent communication and organisational skills
9. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
10. A professional, friendly and proactive approach
