We’re now looking for an organised, friendly, and proactive Recruitment Administrator to join our Bournemouth branch and help keep everything running smoothly!
The Role
As our Recruitment Administrator, you’ll be the glue that holds the branch together — supporting recruitment, compliance, and day-to-day operations. You’ll be working closely with your team to make sure candidates and clients have a seamless experience from start to finish.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting recruitment processes — from advertising roles to onboarding new candidates
* Managing compliance checks and documentation
* Maintaining accurate records and updating systems
* Handling calls and enquiries from candidates and clients
* Providing administrative support to the branch team
* Keeping things organised, efficient, and positive every day
About You
You’ll be the kind of person who loves helping others and keeping things in order — a multitasker who’s just as happy chatting with candidates as you are organising paperwork.
We’re looking for:
* Strong organisational and admin skills
* Great communication and people skills
* Confidence using computer systems and Microsoft Office
* A positive, can-do attitude and a love for teamwork
* Previous experience in recruitment or administration
Driving license desirable
