Main duties include
* Handle inbound and outbound calls courteously, efficiently and effectively.
* Supporting our GP's with the administration behind our online consultation tool.
* WELCOMING patients and visitors to the Health Centre.
* SUPPORTING the wider health centre team, including clinicians and admin staff to ensure first class service.
* COMMUNICATING with health care professionals, patients and non-clinical colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the health centre.
Experience: Previous experience within a front facing service is essential. Previous experience within a health care based service is desirable. Experience of working within a fast paced, changeable environment is a must.
Skills: Excellent customer service skills are essential. Excellent telephony skills are essential. Basic computer skills are essential, however full training will be given on the health centres IT systems.
Please note that this job involves shift patterns between the hours of 07:45 and 18:30 Monday - Friday and is full time.
