We have an exciting opportunity to join our Pavers team in Cannock Designer Outlet. The role involves working 8 hours across two 4‑hour shifts, 7 days per week, with flexibility to work up to 16 hours per week when required. The schedule runs on a rota basis, covering both weekdays and weekends.
Responsibilities
* Provide excellent, tailored service to customers.
* Help customers look and feel great by showcasing our footwear.
* Support store operations, including organising deliveries and stock movements.
* Maintain an organised, clean and safe working environment.

* Team player with a self‑awareness and 'can do' attitude.
* Attention to detail and keen eye for quality.
* Passion for selling and a strong customer focus.
* Ability to multi‑task effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
