Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Hours: 25 hours a week, with the opportunity for additional shifts.
Salary: £21.00 per hour plus pension and generous benefits.

About the Role
We are looking for a Female Team Leader to coach and supervise a highly skilled and experienced team in supporting a complex and fun‑loving young woman who lives in her family home and receives 2‑1 care. The young person is autistic, has ADHD, an intellectual disability, anxiety and displays behaviours of distress. Compassion and empathy are the cornerstones of our approach.
Your dual focus will be on improving the quality of life for the young person we support and providing leadership for her care team.
Responsibilities

* Provide leadership for the care team.
Qualifications
* Professional qualification in positive behaviour support and/or several years’ experience in a commensurate role.
* Management qualification is desirable; we are willing to support the right candidate through training in this area.
