Overview
The Opportunity Lead a well-established, reputation-led business providing a technology-enabled solution for golf operators. The product is proven and commercially well received. Your mandate is simple: take full control of the UK operation, scale it, and develop EMEA over the next five years.
You'll own the plan, the numbers and the team — a genuine blank canvas with Board backing to build for scale.
What You'll Do
* Hold full P&L and overall accountability for UK performance; set and deliver the commercial plan.
* Lead sales and operations day to day; shape structure, process and cadence; hire and develop the commercial team.
* Drive growth through direct sales, partnerships and key accounts; open doors across the golf ecosystem (operators, venues, brands, channels).
* Expand into EMEA with a phased go-to-market (market mapping, channel strategy, early lighthouse wins).
* Report to the Board; deliver agreed milestones tied to bonus and potential equity.
About you
You're an entrepreneurial, hands-on commercial leader from the golf sector — likely a Sales Director / Commercial Director ready to step into an MD remit.
* A track record of winning and scaling in golf (e.g., B2B solutions, services, products).
* Proven P&L ownership, planning and execution; comfortable building process from the ground up.
* Credible with senior stakeholders across golf (operators, brands, distributors, groups).
* You bring structure, focus and a long-term business plan — and you're happy rolling up sleeves to make it happen.
