As a Plumber you will be:
1. Carry out repairs and maintenance in occupied and unoccupied properties
2. Kitchen and bathroom Installation
3. Installing and repairing water mains supplies, heating system pipe work and drainage stop taps
4. Attend responsive maintenance call-outs, diagnosing issues and achieving first-time fixes
5. Complete accurate PDA updates, timesheets and work reports

6. Relevant qualifications or over 5 year's experience in the trade
7. Skilled in 2 or more trade
8. Experience working within social housing
9. Full UK driver's license
10. Clean DBS check
