Who We're Looking For:We are seeking compassionate individuals with a genuine desire to support young people. Essential Requirements:Proven experience working with children or young people, particularly those facing social, emotional, or behavioural challenges. Exceptional empathy, patience, and resilience in dealing with sensitive situations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively. A proactive and solution-focused approach to supporting student well-being. Understanding of safeguarding and child protection principles within a school environment (Enhanced DBS check required). Ability to work effectively both independently (in 1:1 sessions) and as part of a wider pastoral team. Good organisational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records. Desirable (but not essential):Experience in a school setting, or working within a pastoral, youth work, or counselling role.
