A well-established, tight-knit Managed Service Provider based in Tadley is looking for a IT Operations Manager to lead and continuously improve the day-to-day IT service delivery of the business. You'll manage two existing Senior Engineers and act as the crucial link between service delivery, engineering, and the leadership team.
The Role:
As IT Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for:
1. Leading, mentoring, and developing the technical team - managing workloads, running 1-2-1s, and driving performance.
2. Overseeing service delivery and operational performance against SLAs and KPIs, ensuring consistently high-quality client outcomes.
3. Acting as the senior point of escalation for major incidents, coordinating effective resolutions and conducting root-cause analysis.
4. Driving improvements across tools, processes, documentation, and standards - including potential involvement in an upcoming RMM tool migration.
