I’m recruiting on behalf of a private domiciliary and live-in care service in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Manager to lead a growing, established branch and benefit from working within a company that ensure high standards of homecare.

£35,000-£42,000 salary
33 days’ annual leave (25 days + bank holidays)

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all operational and care delivery functions within the branch
Maintain high standards of person-centred care, compliance, and client safety
Ensure consistent application of all company policies and procedures
Manage the entire client acquisition process, from initial contact through to service commencement
Ensure accurate care planning and assessments
Develop business growth through referrals and professional networks
Provide respectful leadership to your team
Handle all client complaints and concerns with professionalism
Maintain full regulatory compliance and uphold CQC standards
Registered Manager Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care
Hold a minimum of a Level 5 in Health in Social Care
Valid UK Driving Licence
Strong knowledge of safeguarding, risk assessments, and compliance procedures
