Business Intelligence Analyst
The role
The focus for this post-holder is to effectively manage tools and processes which will transform diverse business information into actionable insights for strategic and tactical decisions - ultimately achieve competitive advantage..
This varied role involves analysing membership data, financial information, operational performance, and industry trends. This combined analysis will then support: strategic planning; the identification of business opportunities; the optimisation of business operations; the enhancement of customer satisfaction.
The Business Intelligence Analyst will collaborate with colleagues and partners to deliver clear, relevant, and timely insights.
Key facts
* is a full time, permanent contract.
* salary of up to £43,000 per annum.
* home based, with occasional travel to our client’s office in Buckinghamshire every month.
The ideal candidate
Applicants should have experience in delivering insights that enhance decision-making for all stakeholders, aiding the achievement of business goals. You will need to have conducted in-depth analyses of large datasets, including membership and qualification candidate data, to identify opportunities, trends, patterns, and correlations. Additionally, you will need to excel at creating and maintaining reports and dashboards that clearly and easily visualise data insights for various stakeholders.
This role will suit you if you have:
* working in a membership body environment.

* of turning analytical data into useful insights, and a genuine passion for delivering this.
* of building effective relationships both internally and with suppliers.
* of producing reports and dashboards displaying data and information.
* of using BI tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
