Up to 26k depending on experience + bonus

About the Role:
As a Warehouse Administrator, you will report to the Shipping & Logistics Manager and play a crucial role in both warehouse management and product supply management. Your responsibilities will include ensuring smooth operations in the warehouse, supporting the customer service team, and assisting various departments as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently receive and process incoming orders
Conduct thorough inspections of incoming and outgoing products
Perform product testing prior to shipment
Arrange for replacement products and manage returns
Process, pack, and ship customer orders with precision
Label finished products accurately
Organize finished goods sterilisation and maintain supporting documentation
Manage warehouse activities including stock management, product storage, and cleanliness
Identify non-conforming products and ensure product traceability
Conduct regular stock counts and maintain logistics records
Support logistics management and track complaints effectively
Maintain WEEE log and storage compliance
Report any issues related to warehouse infrastructure
Support and utilise the ERP system
Load and unload goods, pick and pack orders
Provide general office support as needed
Essential Requirements:
Previous administration experience and ability to work on your own initiative
Experience working in a warehouse environment or supporting supply chain operations
Literate and numerate to at least high GCSE level or equivalent
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team
Proficient with computers, particularly the Office 365 suite
