Private Client Solicitor, CILEx, or Financial Advisor
My client is looking to appoint a Private Client Solicitor, CILEx or Financial Advisor who is experience working with Tax and Trusts to work on a varied workload in the Lymington Office. The Role
This position will be based primarily in the firm’s Lymington office but may be required to work from the firm’s New Milton office at times. The role will include the development and the management of a varied case-load from inception to conclusion (under supervision if required) including Probate, Wills, Codicils, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Administration of Estates, Court of Protection applications, Trusts and Management of Client Affairs.
The focus of the role is on excellent levels of client care and service with experience of all forms of wills, trusts, LPAs, probate and tax planning.
The role may include visiting clients at their home and at other locations (driving licence and transportation will be required).
The Candidate
The successful candidate will have between 3 years plus PQE and their responsibilities will include all levels of Private Client activities. You will currently be keeping up to date with recent developments, including professional training where necessary and complying with SRA training requirements. This is a hands-on role involving high levels of client contact and working within an existing team structure. This role will suit someone with the ability to carry out a varied case-load and manage client expectations effectively. We would like the candidate to be involved in marketing activities such as networking and writing articles as required.
