Key Responsibilities
* Deliver well‑structured and differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum
* Assess, monitor and report on pupils' progress and attainment
* Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment
* Work effectively with teaching assistants, SEN staff and wider school team
* Establish positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
* Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extra‑curricular activities and school events
We are looking for someone who
* Holds QTS and has experience teaching in Key Stage 2
* Has high expectations for all pupils and a commitment to raising achievement
* Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills
* Is reflective, adaptable, and open to continuous professional development
* Is passionate about delivering a broad and balanced curriculum
* Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
