London Full time (3 days in office: Tues–Thurs)
£20 - £21.50p/h | Temporary Role | 6 months

We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Personal Assistant to support senior Programme Directors driving ambitious, high‑impact work. This is a fast‑paced, high‑trust role where you’ll play a critical part in keeping senior leaders focused, organised and effective.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll act as a trusted partner, providing seamless support across:
* Complex diary management – prioritising time and keeping schedules running smoothly
* Inbox management – flagging key issues and ensuring timely responses
* Meeting coordination – organising logistics, attendees and materials
* Travel planning – arranging UK and international itineraries end‑to‑end
* Expenses processing – ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Stakeholder coordination – working across teams to keep everything aligned
You’ll also collaborate closely with the wider EA team, stepping in to provide support where needed.
What you’ll bring
* Proven experience as a PA, Team Assistant or similar
* Strong experience managing diaries, inboxes, travel and expenses
* Exceptional organisation and ability to juggle competing priorities
* Sharp attention to detail and a proactive mindset
* Excellent communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
* A calm, discreet and solutions‑focused approach
