The Role
* Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
* Delivering outstanding client service, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions with clear and proactive communication.
* Supervising and mentoring support staff, fostering development within the team.
* Actively contributing to business development, networking, and marketing initiatives to grow the firm’s reputation and client base.
* Providing support to colleagues as required, particularly during absences.
* Ensuring compliance with risk management procedures and regulatory standards.
* Continuing professional development, staying up to date with legal and market trends.
Requirements
* Completion of a degree, and LPC or technical qualification.
* Strong IT skills. A good working knowledge of Word is essential.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* You will need to be dependable and flexible to business needs, as overtime will be required occasionally to include working weekends. You will need to be smart in appearance with a pleasant and friendly manner.
