An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an Ofsted rated "Outstanding" specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) provision in Hillingdon, supporting pupils who require a nurturing and personalised approach to their education. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join our supportive team. You will work with small classes, delivering a broad and balanced curriculum tailored to meet the individual needs of pupils aged 5-11. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEMH needs and a commitment to helping every child achieve their full potential, both academically and socially. Key Requirements The ideal candidate will: Be passionate about teaching in a non-mainstream environment and embrace the unique opportunities provided by a special school setting. Demonstrate a caring and compassionate approach, using creativity to deliver inclusive, engaging, and inspiring lessons. Hold a recognised UK teaching qualification (QTS or QTLS). Have experience or a strong interest in working with children with SEND, gained through Initial Teacher Training (ITT) or other opportunities.
