We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead two 3-bedded childrens homes in Leicester, supporting young people aged 8-18 with Learning Disabilities (LD) and associated complex needs.

The role is Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm Requirements
* Level 4 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
* Minimum 2 years experience in a senior role within childrens residential care.
* Knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and trauma-informed practice.
* Full driving licence required.
